Before Huge, Tom spent 8 years at IDEO guiding teams through complex product innovation, brand development, and service design for global clients. His approach combines strategic business thinking with hands-on craft, ensuring creative work connects directly to business outcomes.
Over 25 years, he’s built expertise across consumer goods, retail, financial services, healthcare, and public sector work.
