As Creative Director at Huge, Tom leads a multidisciplinary team tasked with advancing Google’s innovative user surfaces toward the next horizon.


In his 8-year tenure at IDEO, Tom guided industry-leading designers in creating new products, brand identities, experiences, and services for a wide range of global clients, leveraging his deep experience in human-centered design.

His leadership experience spans two decades and a diverse array of industries including consumer goods, retail, electronics, public sector, financial services, and healthcare.

He has overseen the creation of a design language system for a global medical device company, led the rebranding and redesign of a state government’s digital ecosystem, and developed disruptive new products and services for popular consumer brands.

Before his move stateside, he cut his teeth at some of the leading digital agencies in London.

Tom spends a great deal of time investigating how new technology can enhance—rather than detract from—the human experience. That exploration has lately centered on novel applications of AI.

An Englishman in New England, Tom lives just north of Boston with his wife and children. When he’s not packing lunches and reading bedtime stories, he’s restoring a historic home, taking portraits, and running by the sea.
